Purpose
In line with the county
council's procurement rules, this report sets out a recommendation
to approve the commencement of the following procurement
exercises:

Professional Services for Condition Led
Programme
(ii)
Construction of Salmesbury Enterprise Zone
Innovation Hub
(iii)
Supply of LED Road Lighting Lanterns
(iv)
Supply of Legionella Services
(v)
Manned Guarding, Front of House & Security
Concierge Services
(vi)
Supply of Vehicle Parts
At the conclusion of the
procurement process, any award of contract will be made under
Section 9.52 (49) of the county council's Scheme of Delegation to
Officers.
This is deemed to be a Key
Decision, and the requirements of the council's Cabinet procedure
rules (Standing Order C18, Consideration of Key Decisions) have
been complied with.
