Purpose
Authorisation to enter into a Section 106
agreement in relation to planning application 06/2025/0182-Land
East of Former Swainson House Farm, to secure developer
contributions for education. The contributions would secure primary
school contributions (up to £683,648) and secondary school
contributions (up to £443,685). The contribution requirements
will be finalised at Reserved Matters application stage, once
dwelling bedroom mix and pupil yield is determined.
