Purpose
Authority to enter into a S106 agreement to
secure a primary education contribution in relation to planning
application Land at the North of Cocker Lane, Leyland (planning Ref
07/2024/00102/OUT). The primary contribution will be up to
£184,050 (permanent expansion) or £219,744 (new build).
The actual contribution amount will be determined at Reserved
Matters stage, when dwelling pupil yield will be available. The
decision on the approval of this planning application will be taken
by the Planning Inspectorate, including consideration of this S106
agreement.
