Purpose

A procurement process has been undertaken to
establish an adult skills and training open framework which will be
used to undertake call off competitions for ASF and Skills
Bootcamps. This is to approve the issue of the contract award
notice and contracts to providers that have tendered successfully
to be on the framework.

Content

The Head of Paid Service, in consultation with
the chair of the Skills Advisory Board, the Section 73 Officer and
the Monitoring Officer, took a decision to approve the outcome of
the procurement process for Adult Skills and Training Framework and
the award of framework contracts and to approve the entry into
Grant Funding Agreements with grant funded providers to enable
timely implementation.
