Purpose
Authority is sought to enter into a S106
agreement in relation to planning application Land at North and
South of Old House Lane, Fylde (Planning ref 23/0867), to secure
primary education contributions of up to £1,860,950
(permanent expansion) or £2,221,856 (new build) and a
secondary education contribution of up to £956,318. The final
contribution amount will be determined at Reserved Matters
application stage, when dwelling information is available. The
contributions will be adjusted by Indexation at the point of
payment.
