Purpose

This report is to request approval to transfer
funds between projects in order to reconcile unprocessed cost and
allow project to close out.

There is no change to the overall programme budget, the changes are
below £5000, and there is sufficient funding in the programme
to complete the projects affected.

The changes are as follows:

Transfer 1683.29 from project 14926 to project 14932 to reconcile
unprocessed cost and allow closure

Transfer 2067.17 from project 16269 to project 16276 to reconcile
unprocessed cost and allow closure

Transfer 1099.61 from project 10366 to project 10364 to reconcile
unprocessed cost and allow closure

Transfer 4960 from project 16568 to project 16570 to reconcile
unprocessed cost and allow closure

The changes are required for the effective management of the
programme and to ensure that necessary costs are covered within the
programme.
