Purpose

The Employment Committee is asked to conduct
the final stage of the selection process for the Interim Director
of Finance and S151 Officer at Lancashire County Council.

There is one candidate to be interviewed.

Appendix 'A' provides the panel with an interview pack for the
interviews, containing the job description and person specification
of the position, and the CV of the candidate.

The interview questions will be circulated by email closer to the
interview date and an informal briefing of the committee will be
arranged to discuss the questions and the procedures of the
interview.
