Purpose

Authority to enter a Section 106 Agreement to
secure a primary education contribution of up to £368,100 in
relation to planning application Land South of Low Road (Planning
ref 2301327OUT). The actual contribution amount will be determined
at Reserved Matters application stage, once the dwelling bedroom
mix has been finalised.
