Purpose

In order to engage a suitably qualified/experienced provider to support delivery of the Levelling Up East Lancashire programme, a procurement process was conducted via a direct award process under the NEPRO3 Framework Agreement (Bloom Procurement Services act as a Neutral Vendor and award a Specialist Professional Services Provider). The process is compliant with the call-off procedure set out under the NEPRO3 Framework Agreement as well as with the public procurement regulations and Lancashire County Council's Procurement Rules.

Decision

Jonathan Edwards, Director of Environment and Planning took a decision to award a contract for an external provider to support delivery of the Levelling Up East Lancashire Programme.
