Purpose

This report seeks approval for the introduction of a 20-minute Limited Waiting restriction on High Road, Halton, Lancaster City. The proposed restriction would operate Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with no return within 2 hours. The measure is intended to provide safe and appropriate short-stay parking and loading opportunities during daytime hours, while ensuring that overnight parking for local residents is not affected. A formal consultation has been carried out, during which eleven objections were received.
