Purpose

The Building Surveying Manager, Property was asked for approval for the commencement of a Reactive and Planned Improvement Works Mini Competition exercise for the Roof Refurbishment at Hillside Primary School, Egerton, Skelmersdale WN8 6DE on behalf of the Director of Growth and Property in accordance with the Council's Directorate Schemes of Delegation 9.52 (48).

Decision

Paul Dunne, Building Surveying Manager, Property, on behalf of Simon Lawrence, Director of Growth and Property, took the decision which has been delegated to him in accordance with the Council's Directorate Schemes of Delegation for the approval of the commencement of a Reactive and Planned Improvement Works Mini Competition process to be published via Oracle Fusion for works at Hillside Primary School, Skelmersdale – Roof Refurbishment.
