Purpose

Approval is sought for the County Council to enter into a of a deed of variation pursuant to s111 of the Local Government Act 1972 in relation to land at Central Promenade Site, Marine Road, Morecambe, Lancaster Section 111 Agreement under the Local Government Act to secure:


When consulted by Lancaster City Council on planning application 21.01113.FUL/ 25.01118.VCN, the Local Highway Authority recommend approval of the proposed development subject to the above deed of variation. This is to ensure the development is acceptable in terms of planning.

Authority to take this decision has been delegated to the Head of Service – Highways by the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport.

It is recommended that the Director of Law and Governance is authorised to enter into a deed of variation pursuant to s111 of the Local Government Act 1972 in relation to land at Central Promenade Site, Marine Road, Morecambe, Lancaster Section 111 Agreement under the Local Government Act to secure:
