Purpose

• No Waiting at Any Time to prevent obstructive parking, maintain clear visibility at junctions and ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.

• No Loading at Any Time to prevent obstruction caused by loading activity, maintain clear sightlines and access, and enhance safety and traffic flow.

• The proposals will also amend the Traffic Regulation Order to match the existing road markings and the new road layout, allowing for effective enforcement

Consultations
Formal consultation was carried out between 13 February 2026 and 13 March 2026 which included advertising in the local press and notices being displayed on site. Divisional county councillors were consulted along with the council's usual consultees and the consultation documents posted on the council's website.
A formal modification consultation was carried out between 01st May 2026 until 29th May 2026 which included advertising in the local press and notices being displayed on site. Divisional county councillors were consulted along with the council's usual consultees and the consultation documents posted on the council's website.

Following formal consultation 1 objection was received from a Councillor suggesting an amendment. Following changes made in the modification, the objections was subsequently withdrawn. There was 1 objections received to the modification.

Decision
