Purpose

In order to engage a suitably qualified/experienced provider to support delivery of the Levelling Up East Lancashire programme, a procurement process was conducted via a direct award process under the NEPRO3 Framework Agreement (Bloom Procurement Services act as a Neutral Vendor and award a Specialist Professional Services Provider). The process is compliant with the call-off procedure set out under the NEPRO3 Framework Agreement as well as with the public procurement regulations and Lancashire County Council's Procurement Rules.

Decision

Jonathan Edwards, Director of Environment & Regulatory, has taken a decision to approve the Award of Contract: Lancashire County Council Levelling Up Fund Programme of Works Project 2.
