The Lancashire Pension Fund Committee considered and commented on the report summarising internal audit assurance work for the Pension Fund during 2025/26 and planned for 2026/27. The committee was asked to consider and comment on the report on 18 September 2026. Management agreed to actions to enhance change control processes and provide greater assurance that system changes are tested prior to implementation.
