Purpose

Head of Service is asked to approve the reallocation of residual funds from a completed project at Calder Vale and Grindleton to an ongoing project in the Trough of Bowland.

Request details:

1. Transfer £42,000 from completed project ID 17035 26/27 Calder Vale Road - Barnacre-with-Bonds - Adjacent to 1-2 Victoria Terrace to in progress project: ID 17034 26/27 Sykes Farm Retaining Wall 32995 and Blaze Moss Culvert.

2. Transfer £16,500 from completed project ID 17032 26/27 Grindleton Bridge 1072 to in progress project: ID 17034 26/27 Sykes Farm Retaining Wall 32995 and Blaze Moss Culvert.




The reallocation is between projects in the same programme and there is no change to the total approved budget.

The changes are required because additional work is required to complete essential works at Sykes Farm and Blaze Moss and this project now requires additional funds.

This item does not require cabinet approval.
