The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee approved minutes from previous meetings on 21 October and 4 November 2020. The committee also approved planning permission for Bankfield Quarry, Clitheroe, and Sandons Farm Quarry, Adlington, Chorley, subject to Section 106 agreements and amended conditions. Planning permission was granted for Highfield Farm Fisheries, Hambleton, with an amendment to condition 8b regarding HGV hours. The Head of Planning and Environment granted sixteen planning applications under delegated powers.
