The Development Control Committee decided to grant planning permission on 09/12/2020. This permission allows for the infilling of a lake and the change of use of land for 40 static caravan pitches and associated infrastructure. Conditions were approved controlling time limits, working programmes, design, lake infill works, landscaping, highways, occupancy, and ecological mitigation.
