The Development Control Committee approved the variation of planning permissions to allow for the continuation of phased extraction of sand and gravel and infilling of inert wastes. This decision was made on 09/12/2020. The approved variation includes a Section 106 Agreement for an updated aftercare management plan, conditions controlling time limits, working programmes, site operations, hours of working, noise and dust, highway matters, water management, soils, ecology, restoration, and aftercare.
