The Lancashire Development Control Committee approved the application for reprofiling of a former landfill site using imported inert materials with a new access. The decision was made on 21/10/2020. The approval is subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Agreement for traffic regulation orders and an extended aftercare period, and includes conditions controlling time limits, working programmes, site operations, highway matters, environmental controls, restoration, and aftercare.
