The Development Control Committee decided to approve the proposed reprofiling of a former landfill site using imported inert materials, including a new access, on 23rd September 2020. The decision was made subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Agreement and included conditions controlling time limits, working programmes, site operations, highway matters, environmental controls, restoration, and aftercare.
