The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee refused an application for retrospective soil importation on 3rd June 2020. The committee also granted planning permission for a waste solid recovered fuel facility and a multi-use games area, subject to conditions and confirmation from the Secretary of State respectively. The committee refused an application for golf course remodelling due to highway safety concerns.
