The Development Control Committee approved details submitted to comply with conditions 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 17, 19, 25, 26, and 28 of planning permission LCC/2016/0046 on 24/07/2019. The committee agreed to approve schemes and programmes for the design and materials of structures, flood risk measures, contaminated land investigation, archaeological investigation, construction management, noise attenuation, biodiversity protection, landscaping, and ecological mitigation.
