Lancashire Local Pension Board considered and noted the contents of the report on 19/01/2021. The report provided updates on pension regulatory issues, including the restriction of public sector exit payments, employer contributions and flexibility on exit payments, SF3 data publication, and pensions increase. The Fund has adhered to advice from the Scheme Advisory Board regarding exit payment caps and is developing a policy around deferred debt provisions.
