Purpose

This report proposes the appointment of County Councillor Paul Rigby to replace County Councillor David Stansfield as a Lancashire County Council representative on the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority and the appointment of County Councillor John Shedwick to replace County Councillor David Stansfield as Deputy Chair of the External Scrutiny Committee.

Decision

The Director of Corporate Services, following consultation with the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Urgency Committee of the Full Council, approved the recommendation(s) as set out in the report.
