The Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board approved recommendations on 19 January 2021. The Board noted an Accelerated Progress Plan for SEND, approved revised Terms of Reference for its SEND Sub-Committee, and supported a spending plan for the Integrated Care Fund and Winter Grant. They also noted updates on the Child Death Overview Panel, Adult Social Care Winter Plan, and COVID-19 Outbreak Management. Louise Taylor, Executive Director for Adult Services and Health and Wellbeing, was to circulate a list of homes accepting COVID-19 patients.
