The Lancashire County Council Internal Scrutiny Committee noted presentations on speeding traffic and the lack of enforcement on 13 November 2020. The committee approved a request for a task and finish group to review proposals on the future of Chorley and South Ribble A&E. The committee also noted the single combined work plan for all Lancashire County Council scrutiny committees.
