The Lancashire County Council Employment Committee decided on 8th March 2021 to approve the £100k salary list and the 2021/22 Pay Grade Structure, subject to an equitable 1.5% inflationary pay increase for all Local Pensions Partnership Group staff. The committee also approved the application of this inflationary uplift to the five Executive Directors' salaries. They rejected the proposal for differential inflationary uplifts and the request to delegate authority for salary variations up to 5%.
