Lancashire Local Pension Board decided not to approve the minutes of the last meeting pending clarification on governance and assurance discussions. The Board also noted disappointment regarding the scope of an audit and ongoing concerns about assurance. Arrangements will be made for Board members to discuss audit findings with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
