Lancashire County Council, on 15/07/2021, approved recommendations on submitted Notices of Motion. The Council resolved to ask the Chief Executive to write to the Chief Fire Officer expressing appreciation for the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, write to the Prime Minister requesting continued support for the Fleetwood to Poulton-Le-Fylde rail link, and require companies bidding for significant council contracts to commit to Carbon Reduction Plans.
