The Lancashire Development Control Committee approved planning permission for the erection of a new composting building and the continuation of use of the existing composting site. This decision was made on 08/09/2021. The approval is subject to conditions controlling time limits, working programme, hours of working, materials, highways, landscaping, ecology, drainage, noise, and dust, and restricts the export of compost to five heavy goods vehicles per day.
