The Full Council approved recommendations from the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board on 15 October 2020. The Board's reports from July and September 2020 were noted. Specific decisions included approving Terms of Reference for the Lancashire Outbreak Engagement Board, noting COVID-19 updates, and agreeing to a whole system approach for children and young people's mental health. The Board also noted and supported ongoing measures for care homes and established a sub-committee to scrutinise progress on an Accelerated Progress Plan for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
