The Regulatory Committee approved the proposed diversion of part of Footpath Hothersall 13 at Welch House Barn, Hothersall, Ribble Valley Borough on 15/09/2021. The decision included making an Order under the Highways Act 1980 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to amend the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way. The applicants agreed to bear all administrative charges, compensation, and costs for bringing the new footpath into use.
