The Full Council approved the report of the Cabinet from its meetings on 7 October, 4 November, and 2 December 2021. The council also approved the adoption of Procurement Policy Note 06/21 from 1 January 2022, requiring carbon reduction plans for major contracts. Additionally, the council approved the commencement of procurement exercises for various services including Extra Care Services at Tatton Gardens and provision of children's home services.
