The Full Council noted the report of the Urgency Committee on 16 December 2021. The Director of Corporate Services (Monitoring Officer) noted the Ombudsman's findings, approved the disestablishment of The Student Support Appeals Committee, and approved the establishment of an Independent Transport Appeals Panel. The Director also requested political groups nominate councillors for the new panel and authorised the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to make consequential amendments to the constitution.
