The Full Council approved recommendations regarding the Local Member Grant Scheme on 16/12/2021. The scheme will be reintroduced from 1 January 2022, with each member allocated £2,000 annually for grants within their division, and £500 for January to March 2022. Appropriate officer support will be put in place for administration, and county councillors will be authorised to make formal decisions on grant awards within their divisions.
