The Full Council, on 24/02/2022, approved recommendations from the Employment Committee. The Employment Committee resolved to approve a revised Alcohol and Drug Use Policy and Procedure, make permanent changes to the organisational structure of Lancashire Renewables Limited, and agreed to recruitment arrangements for the Executive Director of Education and Children's Services role, including an increased salary range and expanded stakeholder panel. The committee also recommended approval of the Pay Policy Statement 2022/23 to Full Council, approved revised standby payments and a split shift allowance, and agreed temporary changes to overtime payments for some staff groups due to the coronavirus situation.
