The Full Council approved recommendations from the Pension Fund Committee on 26/05/2022. The committee noted minutes from a previous meeting, approved the 2022/23 budget and the 2022/25 strategic plan for the Lancashire County Pension Fund, and approved a revised Death Grant Policy. The committee also approved amendments to the 2022/23 Training Plan and implemented recommendations for the Responsible Investment Dashboard. The Local Pensions Partnership budget for 2022/23 was approved, and the extension of its London office lease was approved. The committee approved a schedule of investment beliefs and noted conclusions regarding investment management fees, investment returns, sub-pools, risk reports, and investment advice.
