The Full Council approved recommendations from the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board on 14/07/2022. The Board endorsed the strategic development of the Best Start in Life Programme, noted proposals for Family Hubs, approved the submission of the Lancashire Better Care Fund End of Year Report for 2021/22, and endorsed the continued development of the Lancashire Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2022. The Board requested further analysis on two-year-old nursery placement uptake, a report on future Better Care Fund planning, and that a development session on the Better Care Fund be arranged.
