The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee refused an application to allow Saturday working at a waste recycling yard on land off Southport Road, Scarisbrick. The committee decided this on 8 June 2022. The committee also granted planning permission for mineral working and site restoration at Catlow East Quarry and Catlow West Quarry in Pendle Borough, subject to various conditions.
