Purpose

This report provides an overview of the key performance indicators as well as corporate risks and opportunities to enable monitoring against the four priorities of the corporate strategy:

• Supporting economic growth
• Caring for the vulnerable

This report covers quarter 1, 2022-23, and includes a revised set of performance indicators as well as updated corporate risks and opportunities.

The risk entries for Counter Terrorism and Cyber Security contain private and confidential information and are provided at Appendix ‘E’ and included in Part II of the agenda.
