The Health and Adult Services Scrutiny Committee noted information on the New Hospitals Programme and requested further details in 2023. The Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee recommended a "get involved with your community youth week" be launched. The Environment, Economic Growth and Transport Scrutiny Committee recommended consideration of charging for attachments to lighting columns, including a licence fee, end dates for removal with potential fines, and a communication plan, and noted an update on the in-house Parking Enforcement service.
