Purpose
Following a review of the governance of the Local Pension Partnership, some changes to the structures have been proposed. Whilst those changes are being implemented, it is proposed that the county council nominate an Observer to the Board, with a view to that person taking up the role of Director once the changes are introduced. As a consequence of this proposal, some other changes are proposed to postholders in scrutiny and to membership of the Combined Fire Authority. It is proposed that these changes come into effect on 2 December 2022.
Decision
The Director of Corporate Services, following consultation with the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Urgency Committee, approved the recommendations as set out in the report.
