The Full Council approved the report of the Pension Fund Committee on 15/12/2022. The Pension Fund Committee noted the findings of the external audit for the year ended 31st March 2022 and the Annual Report and Accounts for the Local Pensions Partnership Limited for the year ended 31st March 2022. The Committee also noted budget monitoring for Q2 2022/23, feedback on pension-related training, responsible investment activity, and the 2023/24 programme of meetings. Additionally, the Committee noted and approved for consultation the draft Funding Strategy Statement and associated Admission and Termination Policy, noted updates on investment and pension administration activity by the Local Pensions Partnership Group, noted the investment context report, and noted the investment performance report up to the end of September 2022. The Committee also noted the Minutes of the Investment Panel held on 15th September 2022, noted an update report on the LPP governance review, and noted the current Lancashire County Pension Fund Risk Register. Finally, the Committee noted the appointment of new Employer and Scheme Member representatives to the Lancashire Local Pension Board.
