The Full Council approved the report of the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board on 15 December 2022. The Health and Wellbeing Board confirmed the sign-off of the Lancashire Better Care Fund Plan 2022/23, engaged on the Fuller Draft Delivery Framework, endorsed an approach to address Health Equity Commission recommendations, and approved further work on aligned governance for Place Based Partnerships. The Board will seek updates on Better Care Fund progress, engage through a Better Care Fund workshop, consider leadership roles in addressing health inequalities, and receive a fuller proposal on new governance arrangements at its next meeting.
