The Full Council approved recommendations from the Employment Committee on 15/12/2022. The Employment Committee approved a change in job title to Director of Law and Governance, approved the job description and person specification, and authorised the engagement of recruitment consultants. They also approved the application of a market supplement and the use of technical assessments and an assessment centre for the recruitment process.
