The Lancashire County Council Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee resolved to approve recommendations on 26 October 2022. They requested consideration of additional resources for the Inclusion Service, sharing of data on Education, Health and Care Plan performance, further information on the EHCP process, and provision of financial data on SEND challenges.
