The Community, Cultural, and Corporate Services Scrutiny Committee decided on recommendations for the Cabinet Member for Resources, HR and Property on 13 December 2022. The committee approved recommendations for detailed research on absence levels and recruitment, consideration of exit interviews, and the establishment of an academy of retired officers.
