The Audit, Risk and Governance Committee noted the annual report of complaints received under the Code of Conduct. The committee was asked to comment as appropriate on the complaints received and the processes for managing them. The report detailed two significant complaints received in 2022, one of which resulted in the councillor withdrawing comments and apologising, and another that remained under investigation by the Monitoring Officer.
