The Lancashire County Council Audit, Risk and Governance Committee approved updated anti-fraud, bribery, corruption, sanction, prosecution, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering policies and strategy on 17 October 2022. The committee also approved updated policies and guidance on the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, including a shadow RIPA surveillance policy and a covert social networking checks and surveillance policy.
